Rentals along the near-south river
Two threads run through Arsenal calls. One is restoration work on the old brick and Victorian stock around the former arsenal grounds and King William, where a crew needs a single unit parked out of view for months of careful rehab. The other is events: gallery openings, garden weddings, and small festivals on the lawns near the river.
For anything guest-facing near Southtown, people want the deluxe flushing unit or the climate-controlled trailer with a handwashing station, not a bare jobsite cabin sitting in a photo backdrop.
Squeezing onto a King William lot
These blocks are old and dense, with skinny driveways, alley access, and neighbors close on both sides. We stage the unit where it is screened, behind a fence line, down the alley, or tight against a side wall, and we plan the truck's approach so it is not blocking a one-lane street any longer than the drop takes.
A river-adjacent lawn near the Mission Reach can flood in a hard downpour, so we keep units up on firm high ground. If placement lands on the public right-of-way for a street event, check with the city about a permit.
How a rental works down here
It starts with one call. We confirm the unit, a screened drop spot, and the service and pickup days, then work delivery around the historic-district traffic. Summer along the river is hot and close, so guest units get serviced right before an event and jobsite units go on a steady weekly pump through the warm months.
When an event wraps we return promptly the next business day to pull the unit, since nobody wants a cabin lingering on a King William curb. For a longer restoration, the rental simply rolls on with its weekly stops until the work is finished.
