How renting a unit here works
Getting a unit is a phone call, not a checkout page. You tell us what the site is, how long you need it, and roughly how many people, and we recommend a unit and lock in the dates on the spot. There is no email chain and nothing to sign online. We confirm the drop location, deliver, service on a set schedule if the rental runs long, and haul the unit away when the job or event ends.
If you are not sure which unit fits, we will walk through it. A Standard Porta Potty for a work crew, a Deluxe Flushing unit for guests, an ADA Accessible stall for full access, a Handwashing Station beside a grill, or a climate-controlled Luxury Restroom Trailer for a formal event, we match the rental to the use rather than upsell it.
Events, seasons, and steady projects
The calendar here runs on backyard life and home upkeep. Spring and fall bring graduation parties, reunions, and yard overhauls, summer stacks up pool installs and re-roofs on these older homes, and there is steady turnover work tied to the Fort Sam and airport corridors nearby. Whatever the season, we keep units serviced and stocked so they hold up through a long rental.
The Northeast route past Fort Sam
East Terrell Hills falls on our Northeast run alongside the Terrell Hills enclave and the College Park side, so trucks reach it quickly and pickups rarely lag. Streets are calm and mostly easy to work, though a few blocks park tight, so a note about access helps.
Proximity to Fort Sam means the occasional job sits near base property; if your site needs any gate or security coordination, tell us when you call and we will plan the drop around it. Through the brutal part of summer we service more often, and we watch for the fast storms that roll off the Balcones edge before setting an outdoor unit.
