Rentals for near-northwest work
Around these blocks the phone rings for bungalow rehabs and small infill builds, the kind of job where a driveway fills with a framing crew for a few weeks. A standard potty covers that, and the deluxe flushing unit with a sink suits a remodel where several trades share the site.
Woodlawn Lake draws gatherings too, from quinceanera photos to neighborhood runs, and those bring their own orders. A couple of standard units with a handwashing station handle a park party, while the climate-controlled luxury trailer and an ADA accessible stall cover a wedding or a larger celebration.
Fitting units on older bungalow lots
Streets here were laid out generations ago, with modest setbacks and mature pecans and oaks arching over the curb, so we plan a drop rather than guess at it. A rear alley, a side drive, or a firm patch of yard usually gives the truck the room it needs without brushing a low limb.
For a job on a busier stretch like Fredericksburg Road, a unit is best kept on the property; if it must sit at the curb, ask the city whether a right-of-way permit applies before the delivery lands.
Park events and summer servicing
Woodlawn Lake stays busy from spring through fall, and event weekends fill quickly, so it pays to lock in dates for a run, a festival, or a family reunion at the pavilions well before the day. Outside those weekends a next-business-day drop is usually easy.
Then there is the heat. San Antonio summers push past a hundred for long stretches, so we service more often in July and August to keep units fresh, and we can add a midweek pump for a remodel or an event that runs long.
