What gets rented on this side of town
New-home construction drives a lot of El Dorado's demand. As subdivisions fill in, framing and finishing crews need a dependable Standard Porta Potty on the lot from foundation to final walk, and a Handwashing Station once drywall and paint bring more trades through. The units are rugged, easy to reposition as the build progresses, and serviced on a schedule that keeps them working.
Households on this side rent too. A quinceanera, a graduation, or a big family cookout in a new backyard does well with a Deluxe Flushing unit and a hand-wash station, and a larger celebration under a tent rates the climate-controlled Luxury Restroom Trailer. An ADA Accessible stall covers guests who need the extra room and a level entrance.
Placing a unit on a new-build lot
Fresh subdivisions come with fresh dirt, and a unit set on soft, ungraded ground can lean or sink after a rain. We place stalls on the driveway slab, the street edge, or a compacted patch the truck can reach, keeping them clear of active grading and material drops. On a build we position the unit where it stays handy as the work moves from the slab to the framing to the finish stages.
The southwest route toward Lackland
El Dorado sits on our southwest run toward the Lackland corridor, near Cielo Vista and the Braun Station side, so trucks reach it without a long detour and pickups stay on time. Some blocks are still under construction, so a quick note about which streets are open and where to enter saves a lap around the subdivision.
Summer here is hot and exposed, with little mature shade on the newer lots, so we tighten the service interval through the worst months to keep units fresh. When a fast South Texas downpour blows through, we watch the low spots and reschedule an outdoor set rather than drop onto saturated ground.
