From Old Town events to ridge-top builds
Helotes runs on events as much as on construction. Old Town Helotes and the rodeo grounds host festivals, market days, and the crowds that come with them, and those weekends call for a run of standard units and a handwashing station spaced through the grounds, with an ADA accessible stall so nobody is left out. For a dressier evening or a wedding, the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer sets the standard.
Up on the ridges, the town keeps growing. New homes, additions, and pool projects on the hillside lots keep a standard unit on site, moving to a deluxe flushing model for the longer builds, while fence and land work on the surrounding acreage adds a steady need for a rugged stall.
Hillside lots and gated venues
The northwest edge is Hill Country terrain, which means gravel drives, coded gates, and limestone slopes that shed water and can be slick when wet. For a hillside home or a ranch venue we confirm the gate access, check that a heavy trailer can make the drive, and set units on firm, level ground with a clear path for weekly service.
Old Town's older, tighter blocks are their own puzzle. There we tuck a single unit where it stays off the walk and out of storefront sight lines, and if a stall must sit near the curb for a festival, that is a call to make with the city first.
Servicing through heat and storms
A cleared ridge or an open festival ground takes the full Texas sun, so weekly service keeps every unit pumped, sanitized, and stocked, and we can add a stop for a busy build or a big event weekend. When a Hill Country storm rolls through, we keep stalls off the low creek crossings that flood fast along Bandera Road and the draws below.
A drop out to Helotes usually lands within a business day or two. Rodeo, festival, and wedding weekends are the busy windows, so reserve the trailer and event units well ahead of those dates.
