What the Missions area rents
Down here the calls run from home projects along the old mission roads to events on the Mission Reach greenway. A standard potty suits a re-roof or a small crew, and a run of them with handwashing stations keeps a festival, a trail cleanup, or a heritage event supplied through the day.
For a wedding at one of the venues near the basilica, planners want the climate-controlled luxury trailer, which looks the part beside historic stone. A deluxe flushing unit and an ADA accessible stall round out a celebration, and a handwashing station is a must when food trucks show up.
Placing units on floodplain lots
This stretch sits low along the river, so drainage and floodplain lines matter more than usual. We set units on high, firm ground away from the bank and out of the paths water takes when a hard rain rolls through, and we keep them clear of the greenway trail and its gates.
On a home lot near the missions, a driveway or a back gate is our first choice; near a park or a right-of-way, ask the county or the parks office whether a permit applies, and we will position the unit so the door stays reachable on the route.
Flood season and summer heat
Flash Flood Alley is not a slogan on this part of the river, and a downpour can put the Mission Reach underwater fast. After a big storm we may push a service run a day so a truck is not crossing a flooded low-water spot, and we plan placement with the next rain in mind.
Heat is the constant the rest of the time. With weeks over a hundred in summer, we pump and refresh units weekly as a baseline and add a midweek stop for a busy jobsite or a well-attended event on the greenway.
