Rentals for the Oak Hollow area
Calls here come from two directions. Homeowners in the subdivisions book units for additions, foundation work, and landscape builds, where a standard potty or a deluxe flushing unit keeps the crew squared away for the run of the job.
The area's churches, schools, and ball fields bring the bigger orders, from tournaments and festivals to fall carnivals. For those we bring several standard units, handwashing stations, and an ADA accessible stall, and when a wedding or a banquet needs something finer, the climate-controlled luxury trailer steps in.
Placing units for fields and campuses
On a school or church campus the trick is putting stalls where crowds can find them without blocking a fire lane or a drop-off loop. We stage units near the fields or the parking edge on firm ground, spaced so lines stay short and a service truck can reach each one.
On a home lot in the subdivisions, a driveway or side yard is the usual spot, and where an association has rules we check placement first. A right-of-way permit may apply if a unit must sit near a public street, so it is worth asking the city ahead of the date.
Tournament season and summer heat
Fall and spring pack the sports and festival calendar, and popular weekends book out early, so it pays to reserve units for a tournament or a carnival well before the gates open. Between those peaks, a next-business-day drop across North Central is usually easy.
Heat drives the service plan the rest of the year. With summer running past a hundred for weeks, we keep units on a weekly pump-and-clean route and add midweek stops for a busy campus event or a jobsite pushing through July and August.
