From jobsites to golf-village galas
Sonterra runs the full range, from custom-home builds behind the gates to commercial fit-outs along the Stone Oak medical strip. On a jobsite, a Standard Porta Potty keeps crews off the finished space, and several drop in easily for a bigger commercial pour. For an office or clinic build-out where subs work indoors for weeks, the Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty with a sink is the more fitting call.
The golf-village lifestyle also means galas, club events, and estate parties, and for those the climate-controlled Luxury Restroom Trailer gives guests a genuine restroom experience. An ADA Accessible unit covers anyone needing the wider door, and a Handwashing Station pairs with any catered setup on the grounds.
Getting past the gates
Gated villages are the wrinkle here, so we sort access before delivery, the gate code or guard clearance, the HOA rules on where a unit can sit, and whether it needs screening from the street. Many boards ask that a jobsite unit stay behind a fence or tucked on the drive, and it is worth checking with the HOA before the drop. We set the unit on a firm, level pad, point the door toward the work, and keep the pump side clear for the route crew.
The calendar and the far-north heat
The far-north calendar fills with graduations, club functions, and estate gatherings, heaviest in spring and early summer, and the trailers book up first on those weekends, so an early call locks the date. A next-business-day drop is usually simple the rest of the year.
Heat drives the servicing plan. When 281 shimmers through a run of hundred-degree afternoons, we pump and restock more often to keep units fresh, and on a long commercial build we set a standing service day so nothing falls behind.
