The country work out here
China Grove sits where the city thins into pasture, and the rentals reflect it. Metal buildings, welding shops, and grading work on big lots keep a standard unit or two on site for weeks at a stretch, and a deluxe flushing model comes in for the longer builds where a crew wants a flush at the end of a dusty day. A handwashing station is a common add whenever the work runs hot and dirty.
Family land brings the other kind of order. Barn parties, quinceaneras, and outdoor weddings on a spread out here want a couple of clean stalls and a handwashing station, and for a nicer reception the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer is the piece that changes the whole feel.
Getting a trailer down a caliche drive
The catch out this way is the last quarter mile. Lots run off FM roads onto long caliche and gravel drives, some behind a cattle gate, and a heavy trailer needs firm, level ground and a path it will not sink into after a rain. We ask about the gate, the drive surface, and where you want the unit before we roll, so the drop goes clean the first time.
This is also low, flat country near the creeks and the Salado bottoms, so we keep units up out of the spots that pond in a downpour and off the ground that turns to soup in Flash Flood Alley weather.
Heat, dust, and weekly care
Open southeast-side lots take the full weight of a South Texas summer with no shade to soften it. Weekly service pumps and sanitizes the tank, wipes the unit down, and restocks paper and sanitizer, and on a working jobsite we can run a second stop each week so the heat and the crowd never overwhelm a stall.
A drop out to China Grove usually lands in a business day or two. Around rodeo and county-fair weekends, and for barn weddings in spring and fall, the schedule gets tighter, so give a little notice for the event units.
